4AmazingJan 25, 2010
This is a great story. Honestly, this is the only manga that I've ever read and made me cry. I was bawling actually. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't even take up the whole book, which I found very unfortunate. I would have loved to hear more about the ending.

5Amazing story, but a sad endingMay 03, 2009
Im sad that its already over, but this is an amazing series so I recommend it to everyone. But this particular volume is kinda short and really depressing in the end, I loved Night, but I feel it really couldnt of ended any other way.

3Not a spoiler reviewApr 22, 2009
The ending is what it is, I won't go into that for fear of spoiling it for those who have yet to read it.

The only thing to be wary of about this volume is that the Absolute Boyfriend story only takes up about a third of the book, the rest of it consists of unrelated short stories. Personally I wish I'd just borrowed the last volume instead of paying full price for such an abrupt ending. If you collect them or if you can find it cheap then you may want to buy, otherwise I'd suggest borrowing it if you have the option.

3DisappointedJan 14, 2009
I thought the series was very cute from the start, but the ending was not satisfactory to me. I get the point of having a first love and losing it, but I just expected a little more. Overall, it was a good, though short series. I'd recommend it. Just don't be too sad when you get to the ending. You can take your frustrations out in fan fiction.

3A good series - a not so good final bookAug 12, 2008
I thought this was a really good series up until the last book. Yes, it has a sad ending, but I guess that's the way it had to end. HOWEVER, I felt really jipped because the story doesn't even take up the entire BOOK. The final chapters only comprise of maybe 100 pages while the rest of the book is two short stories by, I'm assuming, Yuu Watase. I think she could have added a LOT more to the ending than she did. Give a little more insight on Soshi, and why have all those extra characters if she wasn't going to do anything with them? It kind of felt Yuu was tired of the story and just wanted to end it as quickly as possible.
