• Exciting Multiplayer fighting action. Up to four players will enjoy the fighting action via Wi-Fi connection. This game supports the Download Play feature where one gamer transmits the game to another gamer's DS which allows them to play head to head.
• Variety of multi-plane 2D fighting arenas. Players can switch between the foreground and the background battlelines to chase after or escape from opponents.
• Large cast of popular characters. Players will select from 28 of their favorite characters who are all voiced by the actors from the anime series.
• Seven thrilling gameplay modes. Story, Arcade, Versus, Training and Challenge plus two unlockable modes will provide hours of replayability and keep players coming back for more.
• Customizable Spirit Card Deck. By using the lower screen, players are able to customize and manage their deck of Power-up Cards for boosts to Health, Attack and Defense, and much more. Players can earn new cards which allows them to fine-tune their decks.

I gave this to an 8 year old I babysit. He had never heard of it, but gained instant cool points from his friends who had. The more he plays it, the more he seems to enjoy it.

I bought this game for my 11 year old Bleach obsessed daughter. She finished the entire game in about 4 hours & complained the whole time that there was no plot at all - just fight after fight after fight...

The game is a bit of a button-masher, but that makes it no less fun. The graphics are amazing for a game liek this (i think). With lots of characters to choose from, you wont get bored of it easily. Story mode is a bit short, but there are lots of other things to do (and lots to unlock). I wish it had more of my favorite characters (the sequel to this game solves this tho :]) but all and all its a great game for anyone to play, even people who arent fans of the anime.

This game is really fun. This game is a fighting game, the story is based on the event of Bleach when the heroes invaded Soul Society. The fighting engen is really balanced, and the fighting moves is not like street fighter, where you have to puch 10 buttons in a row to preform a special move. However, the fighting moves is simple and easy to remember and very fun moves to preform if you have seen the serious. The graphics is really good. The storyline also is very entertaining. There is also multiplayer mode, There are 2 rows in each battle field and each player can jump to either row or they can all nuke each other in one row.
Basically, the game is really entertaining and very fun. The battle system is really simple and easy, yet very balanced and enjoyful.
