Description:

R to L (Japanese Style). Cleaning up the afterlife – one spirit at a time!

Ichigo Kurosaki never asked for the ability to see ghosts, he was born with the gift. When his family is attacked by a Hollow (a malevolent lost soul) Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace. Find out why Tite Kubo's Bleach has become an international manga smash-hit!

The rebellion within the Soul Society grows as doubts spread about the death sentence of ex-Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki. Determined to save her, Rukia's childhood friend Renji vows to cut down the captain of his own squad, unaware of the terrifying fate that awaits him.

4The breaking pointMay 22, 2007
By Don Kangol "DKJ"
The moment is at hand. This series just keeps upping the ante. Rukia is about to be executed, Ichigo is still mastering Bankai. Renji is in all out combat with Byakuya, soul reapers and hacking each other up left and right and this is just the beginning of the volume! On top of this we still don't know why Captain Aizen was really killed or what Captain Ichimaru is up to. By the end of this volume there will be even more intense combat. The ridiculously powerful Ichigo will appear and the Captain-General will enter the fight to put the fear of god in anyone who stands in his way. The Soul Society is completely split in half as what can best be described as civil war breaks out! Whew!

4This is what the whole series has been leading up to.Aug 01, 2007

Tite Kubo, Bleach: The Deathberry Returns (ViZ, 2001)

Finally, everything comes to a head. Rukia's execution is at hand, and while Ichigo has healed somewhat, he's nowhere near full power, but there's no one else left to save her. Is there any hope left? Another fine installment in an excellent series. ****

this is a great series. In this book you get the idea that there is something more to what is actually happening...something behind the scenes. You get a glimpse but you are not quite sure, it's right around the corner
