Every few years, the prestigious Seiso Academy holds a prominent musical competition, and only the very best students at the Academy are allowed to participate. Though all are eligible to apply, only students from the music department actually make it to the competition...until now.

At long last, the Final Selection has arrived! Kahoko and her fellow contestants take the stage, knowing that only one of them can win. For Kahoko, there's even more pressure: this is the first time she'll perform without magical assistance. But after the competition, an even greater challenge lies ahead: deciding what to do next. Is music--and love--in the future for Kahoko and her friends?
