TERRIBLE!!Dec 26, 2008

I ordered this book on 11/21, then said it be here at the latest 12/19, and it's now 12/26 and I still have not recieved the book - but they have charged my credit card!!! I've sent two emails asking where the book order is and have heard nothing back. Would never buy again.
